With over 14 years of experience as a licensed residential appraiser and more than 9 years as a licensed real estate agent, I bring a deep and well-rounded understanding of the real estate market to every client interaction. My background also includes 5 years of property assessment knowledge, giving me a unique edge in property valuation and market analysis.

As a United States Air Force veteran who worked on the KC-135 Stratotanker, I carry forward the discipline, integrity, and attention to detail that were instilled in me during my service. These qualities are the foundation of my approach to real estate—whether I'm helping buyers find their dream home, guiding investors toward smart decisions, or assisting sellers in getting top value for their property.

I’m also a multifamily property owner, which gives me firsthand insight into leasing, rental markets, and investment strategy. This practical knowledge helps me offer valuable advice to clients interested in income-generating properties.
